Our business lead networking group has been hard at work for over two years. Two years prior to forming our own group we belonged to a nationally known leads group. What we realized were the strong business relationships we were forming were due to the fact we met on a regular basis, had a consistent agenda, and had accountability when it came to keeping track of the leads passed.
We took those three basic building blocks and started our own business to business lead exchange networking group. Each busines owner in the group basically grew their sales force (by educating other members of the leads group)...in turn members are well informed when referring each member's business to clients they encounter in the field.
The first year each member can basically count on seeing 10% of their business coming from the leads group. Some of our members credit 40% of their business as coming from our business leads group. We are looking to grow our group to 25 members. A number we know will exponentially grow all members business. For the time invested (1x per week...during lunch) it is money well invested!
